Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and PRIME Fusion LLC ("PRIME Fusion," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of this online store website (the "Site") and your purchase of products sold through it.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. If you access the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
About the Seller
PRIME Fusion LLC operates the Site and is the seller and merchant of record for every order placed on it. SecurV is a product line of PRIME Fusion LLC. "PRIME Fusion SecurV Store" is the name of this storefront, not a separate company. The Site enables secure purchasing, checkout, and shipment of SecurV cameras to customers within the United States.
An account you create on the Site is a SecurV account, and SecurV cameras require a SecurV account. The SecurV Terms of Service and the SecurV Privacy Policy describe the SecurV app and cloud service. They are separate documents from these Terms.
Updates to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
We may modify or suspend any part of the Site at any time without liability.

Product Purchases & Orders
a. Returns
SecurV cameras and accessories bought on the Site may be returned in line with our Return Policy. Please review that policy for timeframes and conditions.
b. Shipping
Cameras are shipped to the address provided at checkout using the method selected. Orders ship within the United States only.
c. Order Accuracy
Please review your order before checkout. If any details are incorrect, contact support promptly so we can help correct them.
d. Pricing
Pricing is displayed in U.S. dollars and may change. Shipping, a handling charge and any sales tax are added to your order at checkout. The checkout price is final.
e. Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund.
f. Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe for PRIME Fusion LLC. You enter card details into fields hosted by Stripe, so your full card number and security code are not sent to our servers. Stripe may collect device and transaction information to help prevent fraud, as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including fitness, accuracy, and uninterrupted service.
