Return Policy

This Return Policy is offered by PRIME Fusion LLC, the seller of SecurV cameras and accessories on this store. SecurV is a product line of PRIME Fusion LLC. If something isn't right, the rules below explain how returns work today.

• Cameras and accessories may be returned within 30 days after your order is delivered. If your order arrived in more than one shipment, the 30 days count from the last delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories.
• A refund currently covers the price of the returned items and their share of the sales tax charged on the order, less their share of any discount. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
• Our team reviews every return request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Returns and orders are available to U.S. customers and addresses only.

To start a return, open the order in My account and choose “Request a return” on the order detail page. Eligible orders show this option automatically, and a request made there covers every item on the order. For help with a return, email support@securv.com.
